The finals of the Futsal Tutong II school tournament was held in the Sport Complex in Tutong on 16/05/2010

Here are the school's statistics from the begin of the tournament to the finals:

SR Kg Bukit vs SR Tempuan Telisai (Won, full time 0-0, penalties 3-2)

We won second place prize and our goalkeeper, Erol Naim won the potential footballer of the tournament medal

School Storytelling Competition 2009

Our school held its first ever School Storytelling Competition on 11th June 2009.

The competition was part of the school literacy programme. It involved participants from all the ability groups- high-ability (Jade A and Jade B), medium-ability (Amber A and Amber B), and low-ability (Ruby A and Ruby B), where the participants competed within their own groups. The language of presentation was English except for the low ability groups (Ruby A and Ruby B), which was Bahasa Melayu.

The Guest of Honour at the event was Cikgu Amzah bin Haji Sabtu (Penyelia Daerah Tutong II). Other invited guests were members of the Parents-Teachers Association (PTA) of Sekolah Rendah Kampong Bukit- NPS.

H1N1 Counter measure

6/9/2009 : Our school reopens from the extra week of the mid year holiday due to the outbreak of the H1N1 virus throughout the country. It was raining but it didn't stop our teachers from coming early for the preparation of checking every pupil, teacher and staff member in our school and Alhamdulillah....we are all fine.

On 11/05/09, Our school held a 3 in 1 presentations in the Kampong Bukit Multipurposed Hall.

We would like to thank PPKDT II and PDT II for coming and giving moral support in receiving our new pupils, teachers from SR Long Mayan for their hardwork for making the pupils' transition to to this school as comfortable as possible and the Parents from Kampong Long Mayan for their great support and commitment in sending their children to study in this school.

Sorry for the slow updates as our school experienced technical problems for the past 2 to 3 weeks as we were unable to go online.

But thankfully, an official from TelBru came and did the fix. The problem was due to a lightning strike during a thunderstorm.

On Wednesday afternoon, 18th Feb, Our school's football team played against SR Pemancha Saging Ukong football team in the football tournement between Primary schools in Tutong II zone.

Both team played well, trying hard to get a goal.

SPN21 ICT YR 1 and YR 4 Workshop

Yesterday, On 2th February, was the start of a 4 day workshops held in the Main hall of Curriculum Development Department at Berakas. It was organised by Media Education and Technology Information Unit from the Curriculum Development department.Our ICT teacher teaching Year 1 and 4, was one of the participants attending the workshop.

The workshops focus on the uses of ICT learning in schools throughout Brunei under the SPN21 education System. (To be Updated)

English-ICT Cross Curriculum Conference

On 27th Jan, a cross Curriculum conference was held at SR Tumpuan Telisai, which involved ICT and English teachers from schools in Tutong II zone. The conference touched on an ICT project which involves pupils using Instant Messaging technology to communicate and share their daily school activities with peers from other schools.

Briefing SPN21 to Parents

On Friday morning, 16th January, the school organised a briefing to parents and guardians of SRKB's Pupils, of the implementation of SPN21 in schools in Brunei. The briefing was done by the Headmaster, Cikgu Jalan Bin Ramai to explain the major difference between the old and the new system of the educational structure this year and fully on year 2011.

Annual School Closure 2008

The School had its Annual School Closure on the 29th November...
It was held inside Kg. Bukit's MultiPuposed Hall, organised with members of the SRKB PTA board.

The Guest of honour was the PPKDT II, Cikgu Abdul Kani Bin Abdullah Ulang attended the ceremony. There, he gave a speech and gave prizes to the top three pupils in every class from PRA to Primary 6.

There were some performances made by pupils from Primary 3, 4, 5 and 6.
And on the later stage of the ceremony, were the games and fun activities for the people who came on that day....

TableTennis Workshop

On Thursday 20/11, held the table tennis workshop for the Primary teachers in the Tutong district at SR Tutong Kem Multipurpose Hall. Two of our teachers attented the the morning and afternoon sessions organised by the Department of Co-curriculum Education

At the end of the session, teachers attending the morning and afternoon sessions were given their certificate of recognition by the head of the Co-Curriculum of Tutong district
